Refund & Return
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours after you place the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery. Any cancellations are subject to a 5% bank processing & handling fee for each item being refunded.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
We will make it up to you! If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, don't worry! Simply take a picture/video and email us at email@example.com and we will send you a replacement order or store credits for future use. We always try our best to inspect the quality of the product before shipping it out to you. However, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products that fail to meet your expectations if they're not defective.
Requirements for Return & Refund
1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to contact at firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details:
- Your order number
- Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect
2. To be eligible for a return, or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item returns to us in its original packaging with all the original labels.
- The item returns back to us within 14 days upon receipt.
Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding on this.
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Incorrect order:
If you ordered the wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement.
- Unwanted item:
If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.
All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.
All refunds for returns are subject to a 5% bank processing & handling fee for each item being refunded. Processing and handling fees will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are sorry that the following category are not eligible for return.
- Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, earrings and body piercings
- Health and personal care items
- Sanitary goods
- Final sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All custom-made and personalized products are also non-returnable.
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at email@example.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
