1. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours after you place the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping cost $3.99. You can enjoy free shipping on orders over $59.
4. Do you ship to my country?

5. Which payment options do you accept?
We've got a variety of payment options to make your checkout process as convenient as possible:

6. What can I do if my payment was declined at the checkout?
Firstly we would recommend clearing your cache and cookies and trying to order from a different device or browser.

7. Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automated notification via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us at hello@meowhiskers.com and our customer support team will help you track your order.
8. Will I have to pay taxes?
For our valued customers across the globe, here's a concise guide on what to expect in terms of duties and taxes when your order arrives:

For customers in the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia: No Customs fees, allowing for a smooth delivery experience.
- Customers from other countries: While it's not common, your order may be subject to local tariffs, duties, and value-added tax (VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are not covered in our pricing. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information to avoid any unexpected charges.

9. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at hello@meowhiskers.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
10. What if the item I ordered arrives damaged or incorrect?
We will make it up to you! If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, don't worry! Simply take a picture/video and email us at hello@meowhiskers.com and we will send you a replacement order or store credits for future use. We always do our best to inspect the quality of the product before shipping it out to you. However, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for products that fail to meet your expectations if they're not defective.
11. Why am I missing items from my order?
We always do our best to make sure your order is packaged together. However, it is also possible that you will receive the products in separate packages if they are shipped from different warehouse locations in order for you to get your products earlier. Therefore, you may receive more than one tracking number for your order. Please be assured that your other item is on its way, if you find that your package has not arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping page, please contact us at hello@meowhiskers.com and we’ll get you sorted!
